Shipping costs for returns
✅ Free returns: For orders over 45 pounds, Chic Britannia covers all return costs. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label that you can use.
✅ Orders under 45 pounds: You are free to choose your own shipping method, including cheaper or slower solutions. In this case, Chic Britannia does not cover the shipping costs.
Deadline for return requests
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Warranty for defective goods
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange – at your own discretion.
Return procedure

with your order number and the reason for the return.2️⃣ Approval: After approval, you will receive a return label that you can print and attach to the package.
3️⃣ Return form: Place the completed return form in the package. Returns without the form cannot be processed.
4️⃣ Shipping: Send the package according to the instructions. Depending on the situation, you will either have to drop it off at a pickup location or book a courier.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the package has been scanned by the shipping company and the return shipment has been confirmed. The refund will be made via the original payment method used.
