Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms and conditions apply:
• Right of withdrawal: the period during which the consumer can exercise his right to cancel the contract.
• Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade or business and who enters into a distance sales contract with the business.
• Long-term contract: a distance sales contract for a number of products or services where the delivery and/or receipt obligation is spread over time.
• Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period.
• Business: the natural or legal person who offers products or services at a distance to consumers.
• Distance sales contract: an agreement concluded at a distance between the business and the consumer via a system organized by the business for distance sales.
• CESOP: The Central Electronic Payment System, introduced by the EU to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Application
These terms and conditions apply to any offer from the company and to any distance sales agreement concluded between the company and the consumer. Before the agreement is concluded, the terms and conditions are made available to the consumer electronically or in another way.
Article 4 – The Offer
• All offers are without obligation. The company reserves the right to change offers.
• The offer clearly states the total costs, including freight, import duties and any additional fees from postal or courier companies.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stipulated conditions. The company immediately confirms the agreement by e-mail.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
• The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
• The costs of return are borne by the consumer when the right of cancellation is exercised.
Article 7 – Costs of cancellation
The company will refund all payments already received within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
Article 8 – Customs duties, import duties and VAT obligations
8.1
All products are shipped under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) delivery term in accordance with Incoterms 2000. The customer is fully responsible for all costs and obligations associated with import into the country of destination.
8.2
These obligations include, but are not limited to:
(a) payment of customs duties, VAT or other taxes;
(b) costs of customs clearance, brokerage, inspection or handling by customs or freight forwarders;
(c) compliance with local laws and certification requirements;
8.3
The Company does not act as an importer. Ownership and responsibility pass to the customer upon shipment. The Company is not responsible for delays, seizures or fines due to the customer's failure to comply.
8.4
The Company will provide the necessary commercial documents (such as invoices and product descriptions) but does not guarantee that these meet all import requirements. The Customer must verify this themselves.
8.5
The customer exempts the company from all financial consequences, claims or sanctions resulting from failure to comply with import legislation.
8.6
It is strongly recommended to contact local customs authorities in advance to avoid surprises.
Article 9 – CESOP compliance
From 2024, payment service providers will register transaction data in the CESOP system in accordance with EU rules. The company complies with these rules, which may have consequences for the supervision of payments.
Article 10 – Compliance and warranty
• The company guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
• Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 30 days.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Article 11 – Delivery
• Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
• In the event of a delay, the consumer will be informed within 14 days.
• Delivery takes place under conditions where the customer is responsible for import obligations.
• The company ships according to international regulations, but is not responsible for customs delays.
• Failure to comply with import obligations does not entitle you to cancellation or refund.
Article 12 – Complaint handling
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
• The company will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, notification will be provided.
Article 13 – Disputes
These terms and conditions are subject to British law. Disputes will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the united kingdom.
